4. Setup & Assembly
Assembly is required for this product. Please follow these steps carefully.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify that all components listed in Section 3 are present.
- Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the various sections of the metal frame to form the trapezoidal structure. Ensure all connecting points are aligned and secured with the provided screws and wrench. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.
- Attach Wheel Casters: Insert the four universal wheels into the designated holes at the base of the stand frame. Ensure they are firmly seated. Two of the wheels typically have locking mechanisms; position these for easy access.
- Install Bucket Rings: Attach the circular bucket support rings to the horizontal bars of each tier on the frame. There are three tiers, each designed to hold three buckets. Secure these rings using the provided hardware.
- Place Buckets: Once the frame is fully assembled and stable, carefully place the nine buckets into the support rings on each tier.

5. Operating Instructions
- Placement: Position the flower display stand in your desired location. Ensure the surface is level and stable.
- Lock Wheels: If the stand needs to remain stationary, engage the brakes on the universal wheels to prevent movement.
- Add Flowers/Plants: Fill the buckets with water and arrange your flowers or potted plants. The deep buckets are suitable for various slender bouquets.
- Mobility: To move the stand, disengage the wheel brakes and gently push the stand to its new location. Re-engage the brakes once positioned.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying thoroughly to prevent rust.
- Cleaning the Buckets: The PP buckets can be easily removed and washed with water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reuse.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose fasteners as needed.
- Wheel Care: Keep the wheels free of debris to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate axles if necessary.
- Storage: If storing the stand for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
