6. Troubleshooting Guide
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following table for common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dehumidifier does not turn on. | No power supply. Water tank is full or not properly inserted. | Check if the unit is plugged in and the outlet is working. Empty the water tank and ensure it is correctly seated. |
| No water collected. | Room temperature is too low. Humidity level is already low. Air filter is blocked. Continuous drain hose is connected and draining. | Dehumidifiers are less effective below 5°C. Check the current humidity level. Clean the air filter. Verify if continuous drainage is active. |
| Unit is noisy. | Unit is not on a level surface. Air filter is dirty. | Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Clean the air filter. |
| Airflow is weak. | Air filter is blocked. Air inlet/outlet is obstructed. | Clean the air filter. Ensure there is clear space around the unit. |
| Unit runs continuously but humidity doesn't drop. | Room size is too large. Doors/windows are open. Set humidity is too low. | Ensure the unit is suitable for the room size. Close all doors and windows. Adjust the target humidity to a higher, more realistic level. |
