1. Introduction

This device is designed for easy and accurate measurement of blood pressure and heart rate using the oscillometric method in a home environment. It also features irregular heartbeat detection and memory storage for two users.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your blood pressure monitor:

• Main Unit: Contains the display, control buttons, and air pump.
• LCD Display: Shows blood pressure readings (Systolic, Diastolic), pulse rate, date, time, and user indicator. Dimensions: 34x44 mm.

5. Setup

5.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit.
2. Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Alternatively, the device can be powered via a USB-C cable. If using USB-C, ensure it's connected to a compatible power adapter.

5.2. Connecting the Cuff

1. Locate the air tube connector on the side of the main unit.
2. Firmly insert the cuff's air tube connector into the port until it clicks into place.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Before Measurement

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
• Place your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.

6.2. Applying the Cuff

1. Slide your left arm through the cuff loop. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
2. Position the cuff approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your elbow joint.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The bottom edge of the cuff should be above the elbow.
4. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery (inner side of the arm).

6.3. Taking a Measurement

1. Press the User Selection button to choose User 1 or User 2.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the device. The display will show "00" and then start inflating the cuff automatically.
3. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
4. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse readings will be displayed.
5. The device will automatically store the measurement in the selected user's memory.
6. Press the Power button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.

6.4. Irregular Heartbeat Detection

If an irregular heartbeat is detected during the measurement, a specific symbol will appear on the display. If this symbol appears frequently, consult your physician.

7. Memory Function

The SENCOR SBP 1100WH can store up to 99 measurements for each of the two users, including date and time.

7.1. Reviewing Measurements

1. Ensure the device is off.
2. Press the Memory button. The display will show the average of the last three measurements.
3. Press the Memory button repeatedly to scroll through individual past measurements, from most recent to oldest.
4. To exit memory mode, press the Power button or wait for automatic shut-off.

7.2. Clearing Memory

8.1. Cleaning

• Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
• For stubborn stains, use a cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild detergent, then wipe dry.

• Do not immerse the device or cuff in water.

8.2. Storage

• Store the device in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
• If not using for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
