Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless steel pitcher and whisks with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth.
- Assemble: Place the desired whisk (frothing or heating) onto the spindle inside the pitcher. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Position: Place the pitcher onto the base unit, ensuring it is properly aligned.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The Maestri House Milk Frother offers four distinct functions for various beverages.

Capacity Guidelines:
- Minimum Foam: 150ml (5.2oz)
- Maximum Foam: 250ml (8.8oz)
- Hot Milk (no froth): Up to 500ml (16.9oz)
- Hot Chocolate Milk: Recommended 400ml (13.5oz) milk + 100g (3.52oz) chocolate powder. Total capacity up to 17.3oz.

Note: For richer froth, use milk with a fat content over 3% and protein content surpassing 5%.
Steps for Operation:
- Add Milk: Pour the desired amount of cold milk into the stainless steel pitcher. Ensure the milk level is between the MIN and MAX froth lines for frothing, or up to the MAX hot milk line for heating.
- Select Whisk:
- Use the frothing whisk for hot or cold foam.
- Use the heating whisk for hot milk without foam, or for hot chocolate.
- Close Lid: Place the lid securely on the pitcher.
- Choose Function: Press the corresponding button on the base unit for your desired function:
- Cold Milk Foam: Press the Cold Milk Foam button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Hot Milk Foam: Press the Hot Milk Foam button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Hot Milk / Hot Chocolate Milk: Press the Hot Milk/Chocolate Milk button. The indicator light will illuminate. For hot chocolate, add chocolate powder to the milk before starting.
- Process Completion: The frother will automatically stop when the process is complete. The indicator light will turn off.
- Serve: Carefully remove the pitcher from the base and pour your frothed or heated milk.

- Unplug: Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Detachable Pitcher: The stainless steel pitcher is detachable from the base unit. It can be washed by hand with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, or placed in the dishwasher.
- Whisks: Remove the whisks from the pitcher and rinse them under running water. They are also dishwasher safe.
- Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the frother.
- Storage: Store the frother in a clean, dry place when not in use.
