Operating Instructions
Adjusting the Back Pad
The back pad features 5 adjustable positions to accommodate users of various heights and to maximize your range of motion. To adjust, locate the adjustment pin or lever beneath the back pad, pull it out, slide the back pad to the desired position, and release the pin to lock it in place. Ensure the back pad is securely locked before use.
Loading Weights
The weight carriage is equipped with 4.75-inch Olympic weight horns. Load Olympic plates evenly on both sides of the carriage to maintain balance and prevent undue stress on the machine. The machine has a robust weight capacity of 1500 lbs.

Performing a Leg Press
- Sit comfortably on the seat with your back firmly against the back pad.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the extra-wide 30" x 24" footplate. Ensure your feet are flat and secure.
- Grasp the assist handles for stability.
- Push the footplate away from you by extending your legs, disengaging the safety racking mechanism.
- Slowly lower the footplate by bending your knees, ensuring your knees do not go past your toes.
- Push back up to the starting position, extending your legs without locking your knees.
- Upon completion of your set, re-engage the safety racking mechanism before exiting the machine.
