3. Product Overview

4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your EXCELLO NX RGB Headset Stand:
- Unpack the Stand: Carefully remove the headset stand from its packaging.
- Position the Stand: Place the stand on a stable, flat surface on your desk. Ensure the non-slip base is fully in contact with the surface.
- Connect to Power/Data: Plug the integrated USB-A cable from the headset stand into an available USB-A port on your computer or a compatible USB power adapter. The stand will power on, and the RGB lighting will activate.
- Place Headset: Hang your gaming headset on the designated holder at the top of the stand.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. RGB Lighting Control
The EXCELLO NX features a touch sensor for controlling its RGB lighting modes. The touch sensor is located on the base of the stand.
- Single Touch: Tap the touch sensor to cycle through the 9 available RGB lighting modes.
- Long Press: Press and hold the touch sensor for approximately 3 seconds to turn the RGB lighting off. Repeat the long press to turn it back on to the last selected mode or default.

5.2. USB Hub Usage
The integrated USB hub allows you to connect additional devices directly to the headset stand.
- USB-C Port: Use this port to connect devices that require a USB-C connection for charging or data transfer.
- USB-A Ports (x2): Use these two ports to connect standard USB-A devices such as mice, keyboards, USB drives, or for charging other peripherals.
Note: The USB hub operates at USB 2.0 speeds. Ensure your computer's USB port provides sufficient power for all connected devices.
6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your EXCELLO NX RGB Headset Stand, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, sprays, or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the stand in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Cable Care: Avoid bending or crimping the integrated USB cable excessively.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your EXCELLO NX RGB Headset Stand, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
