Setup Guide
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
Note: If there is an insulator tab in the battery compartment, remove it before first use.

2. Unit Selection
The Homebuds HB915 scale allows you to switch between three units of measurement: pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st).
- On the underside of the scale, locate the unit switch button, usually near the battery compartment.
- Press the button to cycle through the available units (lb, kg, st) until your desired unit is displayed.

3. Scale Placement
For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid placing it on carpets, rugs, or uneven flooring.
Operating Instructions
1. Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet. The scale will automatically turn on due to its "Step-On" technology.
- Stand still and wait for your weight to be displayed on the blue backlit LCD screen.
- The reading will flash a few times and then lock, indicating a stable measurement.
- The scale will automatically turn off after several seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

2. Auto Calibration
The Homebuds HB915 scale features auto-calibration. If you move the scale, it is recommended to perform a quick recalibration:
- Lightly tap the scale with your foot to turn it on.
- Wait for the display to show "0.0" or "CAL" and then turn off.
- The scale is now calibrated and ready for use.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
- Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Battery Replacement: When the "Lo" indicator appears on the display, replace both AAA batteries with new ones.
