The USB-C to USB-C cable included with the Oura Ring 4 Charger is designed to be powered by an external 5Vdc supply. This power supply must comply with the IEC 62368-1 standard for safety and optimal performance. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging dock and then to a compatible power adapter (not included) or a USB-C port on a computer.

Operating Instructions
