Setup

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Wash the griddle surface and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Ensure the griddle is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
  4. Insert the removable drip tray into its designated slot beneath the cooking surface.
  5. Attach the temperature control probe securely into the receptacle on the side of the griddle.

Operating Instructions

  1. Plug the temperature control probe into a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the griddle is heating.
  3. Allow the griddle to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
  4. Apply a small amount of cooking oil or butter to the nonstick surface if desired, though the ceramic coating is designed for cooking with less oil.
  5. Place food directly onto the preheated griddle surface.
  6. Monitor food as it cooks, adjusting the temperature dial as needed.
