4.2 Component Installation

- Apply Vaseline: Apply food-grade Vaseline around the sealing ring of the valve stem for smooth operation and a tight seal.
- Reinstall valve stem: Insert the lubricated valve stem back into the discharging head.
- Install discharging handle: Attach the discharging handles securely.
- Clip D-rings: Clip the D-rings into the grooves on the plastic parts with the cam side downward, pressing them level.
- Install horn sheath: Apply Vaseline where the horn sheath is installed onto the stirrer, then install the horn sheath.
- Insert stirrer: Insert the stirrer into the cylinder, ensuring the square axle at the rear of the stirrer is embedded into the reducer. Press until you hear a click.
- Install fastening nuts: Install the fastening nuts, with the long nut upper and the short nut lower. Tighten the nuts diagonally for even pressure.
- Install water box: Slide the water box into place at the bottom of the dispensing area.
- Install external cone sleeve: Attach the external cone sleeve to the side of the machine for convenient cone storage.
5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare and dispense soft serve ice cream.
5.1 Preparing the Mix
- Prepare your ice cream mix according to the powder package instructions. Ensure thorough mixing to avoid lumps.
- Pour the prepared mix into the dual 6L mixing hoppers. Do not overfill.
- Close the hopper covers securely.

5.2 Initial Cooling and Operation
- Before initiating cooling, clean and stir the machine for a few minutes to ensure the slurry in the cylinder is evenly distributed.

- During cooling, ensure normal ventilation is maintained on both sides and the back of the machine.
- Monitor the "Ratio" display on the LCD panel. When the shape ratio reaches 99%, the ice cream is ready to be dispensed.
- If ice cream is not dispensed after reaching 99% ratio, the machine will automatically stop cooling. It will resume cooling automatically after a few minutes.

5.3 Dispensing Ice Cream
- Place a cone or cup under the desired dispensing nozzle.
- Pull down the corresponding lever to dispense the ice cream.
- Release the lever to stop dispensing.

5.5 Pre-cooling and Thawing
- KEEP-FRESH Function: Press the "KEEP-FRESH" button to maintain a lower temperature in the hopper, preserving ingredient freshness overnight.
