5. Cooking Guide

The air fryer is versatile and can be used for reheating, toasting, baking, and steaming. Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food type, quantity, and desired crispiness. Always ensure food is cooked thoroughly to safe internal temperatures.

Tips for Best Results:

  • For smaller ingredients, a shorter cooking time is generally required.
  • Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking process optimizes the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
  • Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes after you added the oil.
  • Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
  • The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 500 grams.
  • Use pre-made dough for quick and easy filled snacks. Pre-made dough also requires a shorter cooking time than homemade dough.
  • You can also use the air fryer to reheat food. To reheat food, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.

Cleaning After Every Use:

  1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Clean the frying basket and pan with hot water, a mild dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. The non-stick coating allows for easy cleaning.
  4. For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pan in hot water with some dishwashing liquid for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  6. Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.

Note: The frying basket and pan are not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or metal scouring pads, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
