Setup

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging case and a compatible USB power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status and battery percentage. The portable charging case provides up to 30 hours of playtime, charging the earbuds up to 5 times, with each earbud offering about 6 hours on a single charge.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "VNMN S19 Earbuds" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device after the first pairing when taken out of the case.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

The VNMN S19 earbuds feature an open-ear clip-on design for comfort and awareness. Gently clip the U-shaped arm onto your ear, adjusting for a secure and comfortable fit. The soft silicone material allows for flexibility, ensuring a snug fit without interfering with glasses or hats.

Call Noise Cancellation

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) and ENC 8.0 noise cancellation technology, ensuring crystal-clear calls even in noisy environments.

Cleaning

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Ensure charging contacts are free of dust and debris.

Storage

Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Water Resistance (IPX7)

The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged water exposure. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the charging case.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure earbuds are charged and within range. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manual for specific reset instructions).
• No sound: Check volume levels on both earbuds and connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly connected.
• Charging issues: Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
• Intermittent connection: Move closer to your device. Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
