1. Important Safety Instructions

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• The tilt-head design includes an auto power-off feature for safety when the head is lifted.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash the mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, whisk, and splash cover in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main body can be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure the anti-slip suction cups are securely attached to the surface.
4. Attach Bowl: Lift the tilt-head by pressing the tilt-head release button. Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn clockwise until it locks securely.
5. Attach Accessory: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or whisk). Insert the attachment into the shaft and turn counter-clockwise until it locks.
6. Lower Head: Lower the tilt-head until it locks into place.
7. Attach Splash Cover: Slide the splash cover onto the tilt-head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

4. Operating Instructions

• Function Selection: Use the menu key to select between tough kneading, mixing, or whisking presets.
• Start/Pause/Power: Press to start or pause operation, or to power the unit on/off.
• Speed/Time Setting: Adjust the speed and set the timer using the dedicated keys.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your BioloMix Stand Mixer.

• Unplug: Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
• Mixing Bowl & Attachments: The stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, and whisk are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
• Main Body: Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
• Splash Cover: Wash the splash cover in warm, soapy water and dry.
• Storage: Store the mixer and its accessories in a dry place.
