4. Setup and Installation
The WELLFOR LED Medicine Cabinet supports both surface mount and recessed mount installations. Choose the method that best suits your bathroom design and wall structure.
4.1. Mounting Options
- Surface Mount: The cabinet is mounted directly onto the wall surface. Removable side mirrors are included to provide a finished look.
- Recessed Mount: The cabinet body is inserted into an opening cut into the wall, providing a flush appearance.
4.2. Installation Steps
Refer to the included user manual for detailed diagrams and measurements. Professional installation is recommended for electrical connections.
- Prepare the Wall: For recessed mount, carefully cut an opening in the wall according to the specified dimensions (Product Dimensions: 4.63"D x 20"W x 30"H). For both options, ensure the wall area is clear of pipes and electrical wires.
- Install Mounting Bar: Secure the mounting bar to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
- Mount the Cabinet Body: Carefully lift and attach the medicine cabinet body to the installed mounting bar. Secure it in place with additional screws as per the instructions.
- Electrical Connection: The cabinet can be hardwired or plugged in. Connect the cabinet's power cord to a suitable electrical outlet or hardwire it to your existing light fixture's wiring. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.

- Power On/Off: Lightly touch the power icon on the mirror surface to turn the LED lights on or off.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Long press the color temperature icon to cycle through color temperatures from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (cold white). Release when the desired temperature is reached. The cabinet has a memory function that recalls your preferred setting.
- Brightness Dimming: Long press the dimming icon to adjust brightness from 10% to 100%. Release when the desired brightness is reached.
5.2. Anti-Fog Function
The large anti-fog pad ensures a clear mirror surface even in steamy conditions.
- Activate Anti-Fog: Touch the defogger icon on the mirror surface to activate the anti-fog function.
- Automatic Shut-off: For safety and energy efficiency, the anti-fog function will automatically shut off after 60 minutes.
