3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
- Ensure the workbench light is turned off.
- Align the RYOBI 18V ONE+ battery (sold separately) with the battery port on the base of the light.
- Slide the battery into the port until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove the battery, press the release latches on the sides of the battery and slide it out.
3.2 Positioning the Light
- The light can stand upright on a flat surface.
- Adjust the light panels by pivoting them up to 270° and rotating them 360° to direct light where needed.
- Utilize the metal folding hooks to hang the light from suitable structures, such as rafters or pipes.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Press the power button located on the light to turn it on.
- Press the power button again to cycle through the different brightness modes and to turn the light off.
4.2 Brightness Modes
The light features four distinct brightness modes:
- Mode 1: Top and bottom panels on high.
- Mode 2: Top and bottom panels on low.
- Mode 3: Top panel only on high.
- Mode 4: Top panel only on low.
Cycle through these modes by repeatedly pressing the power button.

5.1 Cleaning
- Always remove the battery before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the light.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the plastic components.
