This freestanding boxing stand is designed to support both a punching bag (not included) and a speed ball (included), offering a versatile training solution for various boxing and fitness exercises. Its adjustable height feature accommodates different users, while the reinforced base ensures stability during intense workouts.
2. Safety Information

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
4.2 Assembling the Base
- Connect the base legs to the central base connector using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Attach the 6 reinforcement bars between the central post and the base legs. These bars enhance stability.

4.3 Attaching the Vertical Post and Horizontal Bar
- Insert the adjustable vertical post into the central base connector.
- Secure the horizontal bar to the top of the vertical post using the designated fasteners.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Height
The boxing stand's height is adjustable from 175 cm to 220 cm to suit various users. To adjust:
- Loosen the adjustment knob(s) on the vertical post.
- Carefully slide the upper section of the post to the desired height.
- Ensure the adjustment pins are fully engaged in the height adjustment holes.
- Tighten the adjustment knob(s) securely to lock the height in place.

5.2 Attaching a Punching Bag
To attach your punching bag (not included):
- Locate the designated hook on one side of the horizontal bar.
- Use a carabiner or appropriate hanging chain (not included) to securely attach your punching bag to this hook.
- Ensure the bag's weight does not exceed 60 kg.

5.3 Attaching the Speed Ball
To attach the included speed ball:
- Locate the designated attachment point on the opposite side of the horizontal bar and the corresponding loop on the base.
- Connect the speed ball's elastic rope to the top hook and the bottom loop using the provided carabiners.
- Adjust the tension of the elastic rope as desired for your training.

6. Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Tighten any loose fasteners immediately.
