Introduction

The ECHTPower Switch 2 Controller is a versatile wireless gamepad designed for an enhanced gaming experience across multiple platforms. Compatible with Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, Android, and PC, this controller combines a nostalgic retro design with modern features such as Hall Effect joysticks, customizable RGB lighting, programmable macro functions, and adjustable vibration. Setup

Charging the Controller

Before initial use, fully charge the controller. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours and provides 8-16 hours of playtime. Use the included USB-C cable for charging.

Connecting to Devices

Wireless Connection (Nintendo Switch, PC, Android, iOS)

To connect wirelessly, ensure the controller is powered off. Press and hold the Home button until the indicator lights begin to flash, indicating pairing mode. On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select the 'ECHTPower Controller' from the list of available devices. Once connected, the indicator lights will become solid.

Wired Connection (PC)

For a wired connection, simply connect the controller to your PC using the provided USB-C cable. The controller will be automatically recognized by your system.

Operating Instructions

Button Layout

The controller features a standard button layout for intuitive gameplay:

• A, B, X, Y Buttons: Standard action buttons.
• D-Pad: Directional input.
• Left and Right Joysticks: For movement and camera control.
• L/R Buttons: Shoulder buttons.
• ZL/ZR Triggers: Analog triggers for precise input.
• Home Button: Returns to the home screen, also used for wake-up function.
• Capture Button: Takes screenshots or video clips.
• +/- Buttons: Plus and Minus buttons for in-game menus.
• M1/M2 Buttons: Programmable macro buttons located on the back.
• T Button: Turbo function button.

Special Functions

Hall Effect Joysticks

Equipped with Hall Effect sensors, the joysticks utilize electromagnetic induction to provide precise control and eliminate joystick drift, ensuring a longer lifespan and consistent performance, especially beneficial for FPS games.

Programmable Macro & Turbo Functions

The M1 and M2 buttons on the back of the controller can be programmed to execute complex sequences of actions with a single press, offering a competitive advantage. Wake-Up Function

Conveniently wake up your Nintendo Switch from standby mode by simply pressing the Home button on the controller.

Maintenance

General Care

To maintain your controller's condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Joystick Calibration / Drift Solution

If you experience any unintended movement or 'drift' from the joysticks, recalibration may be necessary. Ensure the controller is disconnected from your device. Reconnect the controller, making sure not to touch the joysticks during the connection process. This often resolves minor drift issues. For persistent issues, refer to your device's system settings for specific joystick calibration options.
