5. Setup

  1. Placement: Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibrations.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC 12V input port on the rear of the turntable. Plug the other end into a suitable wall outlet.
  3. Stylus Protector: Carefully remove the clear plastic stylus protector from the needle before first use.
  4. Platter Setup: Ensure the platter is correctly seated on the spindle. If a belt is separate, ensure it is correctly placed around the motor pulley and the inner rim of the platter.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Playing Vinyl Records

  1. Power On: Turn the Power/Volume knob clockwise to power on the unit.
  2. Select Mode: Press the 'PH' button to select Phono mode.
  3. Place Record: Carefully place a vinyl record on the turntable platter.
  4. Select Speed: Adjust the speed switch (located near the tonearm base) to match the record's speed (33-1/3, 45, or 78 RPM).
  5. Lift Tonearm: Gently lift the tonearm using the cueing lever.
  6. Position Tonearm: Move the tonearm over the desired track of the record.
  7. Lower Tonearm: Slowly lower the tonearm onto the record using the cueing lever. The music will begin to play.
  8. Adjust Volume: Use the Power/Volume knob to adjust the sound level.
  9. End of Play: When the record finishes, the tonearm will automatically return to its rest position (auto-stop function). Lift the tonearm and return it to its rest clip manually if needed.

6.2 Bluetooth Mode

  1. Select Mode: Press the 'BT' button to select Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash.
  2. Pair Device: On your external Bluetooth device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for 'VOKSUN TURNTABLE'. Select it to pair.
  3. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the Bluetooth indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.
  4. Play Music: You can now play music from your device through the turntable's speakers.

6.3 AM/FM Radio

  1. Select Mode: Press the 'AM' or 'FM' button to select the desired radio band.
  2. Tune Station: Use the 'TUNING' knob to scan for radio stations.
  3. Adjust Volume: Use the Power/Volume knob to adjust the sound level.

6.4 AUX Input

  1. Select Mode: Press the 'AUX IN' button to select AUX input mode.
  2. Connect Device: Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, CD player) to the AUX IN port using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
  3. Play Music: Play audio from your connected device. The sound will be output through the turntable's speakers.

6.5 Headphone Output

  1. Connect Headphones: Plug your headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the control panel.
  2. Private Listening: Audio will be routed to your headphones for private listening. The built-in speakers will be muted.

7. Maintenance
