Important Safeguards

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Ensure the appliance is properly set up and plugged in. The power indicator light will be on.
2. Allow the unit to preheat with the lid closed until the ready indicator light illuminates. This usually takes 5-8 minutes.
3. Carefully open the lid using the handle.
4. Place your food onto the bottom cooking plate. Do not overfill.

3. Lightly grease the bottom cooking plate with a small amount of oil or butter.
4. Pour a portion of pancake batter onto the bottom plate. The amount will depend on the desired size of your pancake.
5. Close the lid.
6. Cook for approximately 3-6 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Carefully remove the pancake using the spatula. Repeat for additional pancakes.

Cleaning and Maintenance
