5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

To power on or off either the transmitter or receiver, press and hold the power button for approximately 2-3 seconds until the indicator lights illuminate or turn off.

5.2. Using the Patented Silent Plug

The FW2D features a unique silent plug design. When you plug or unplug the unit from an instrument or amplifier, the audio signal is automatically cut. This prevents loud "buzz" or "pop" noises, allowing for quiet instrument changes without needing to turn off your amplifier or other gear.

5.3. Multi-Device Operation

The FW2D system supports up to 4 sets of transmitters and receivers operating simultaneously without interference. Each set must be on a different channel group. Additionally, one transmitter can send signals to up to 4 receivers of the same model.

  1. For multiple instruments: Ensure each transmitter-receiver pair is set to a unique channel group. Cycle channels by short-pressing the power button until a clear connection is established.
  2. For one instrument to multiple amplifiers: Pair one transmitter with multiple receivers (up to 4), ensuring all units are on the same channel group.
