1. Product Overview
The KSUN ZL35 is a versatile 4G Network Radio Walkie Talkie designed for long-range communication. It supports Push-to-Talk (PTT) applications, offering both individual and group call functionalities over 4G and Wi-Fi networks. 2. What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your KSUN ZL35, please verify that all the following components are included:
- 1 x KSUN ZL35 Radio Unit
- 1 x Lithium Polymer Battery (6000mAh)

3. Setup
3.1 Battery and Antenna Installation
- Insert the provided Lithium Polymer battery into the battery compartment on the back of the radio, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Screw the detachable antenna clockwise onto the antenna port at the top of the radio until it is firmly attached.
3.2 Charging the Device
The KSUN ZL35 offers two charging methods:
- Type-C Fast Charging: Connect the USB Type-C cable to the radio's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- Desktop Charging Cradle: Place the radio into the desktop charging cradle. Ensure the charging contacts align. Connect the charging cradle to the power adapter using the USB Type-C cable.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
To power on or off the device, long press the On/Off/Volume button located at the top of the radio.
4.2 Network Connectivity (4G & Wi-Fi)
The KSUN ZL35 can connect to both 4G cellular networks (requires a compatible SIM card, not included) and Wi-Fi networks.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Navigate to the 'Settings' menu (long press the side key), then select 'WLAN' to search for and connect to available Wi-Fi networks.
- 4G Connection: Insert a compatible 4G SIM card into the designated slot. The device will automatically attempt to connect to the cellular network.

4.3 Push-to-Talk (PTT) Functionality
The radio works with Push-to-Talk (PTT) applications, allowing for efficient communication:
- Single Call Mode: For individual communication with a specific contact.
- Group Call Mode: Create groups and communicate with multiple members simultaneously.
Press and hold the PTT button on the side of the radio to transmit your voice, and release to listen.

4.4 Bluetooth Connectivity
The KSUN ZL35 supports Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with compatible accessories such as headsets. To enable Bluetooth, navigate to 'Settings' and select 'Bluetooth' to turn it on and search for devices.
4.5 Positioning Function
The device is capable of positioning functions. Access 'Settings' and then 'Location' to manage location services.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the radio's exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly. Store the radio in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the radio and its accessories in a dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
6. Troubleshooting
