3. Setup Instructions

To begin using your Frigga Smart Tag, follow these steps to add and activate the device using the Frigga mobile app.

  1. Download the App: Scan the QR code on the Frigga Smart Tag packaging or warranty card, or search for "Frigga Track" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download the Frigga mobile app.
  2. Add New Device: Log in to the app. On the console page, select "Add New Device".
  3. Tap the Tag: Tap the Frigga Smart Tag with your mobile phone to register it. Ensure your phone supports NFC.
  4. Set Parameters: After successful addition, the app will guide you to the parameters setting page. Configure settings such as temperature thresholds, recording intervals, and alert notifications as needed.
  5. Start Monitoring: Click the "Start" button near the tag in the app. After setting parameters, click the "Start" button to activate the tag and begin monitoring.

5. Ending a Journey

When the monitoring journey is complete, you can end the tag's operation and finalize the data collection.

  1. Access Device List: In the Frigga app, navigate to the "Devices" list page.
  2. Select Device: Find the specific Smart Tag you wish to end.
  3. End Monitoring: Scroll to the end of the device's details page and click the "End" button. Confirm your action when prompted.
  4. Tap to Stop: Tap the tag with your mobile phone to send the command to stop recording. This will generate a final report and remove the device from active monitoring.
