2. Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Use only cold, fresh water in the water tank.
- Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it malfunctions or has been damaged in any way.
- Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Avoid contact with hot surfaces, especially the coffee spout and steam wand.
3. Product Overview
The Beko CEG7304X is an automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine designed to deliver barista-quality coffee at home. It features a 19-bar pressure system, an integrated grinder with 13 grind settings, and an intuitive LED touch control panel.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the coffee machine from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including protective films and stickers.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wash the water tank, milk container, drip tray, and coffee grounds container with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
4.3 Filling the Water Tank
- Remove the water tank from the machine.
- Fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX indicator.
- Place the water tank back into the machine securely.
4.4 Filling the Bean Hopper
- Open the lid of the bean hopper located on top of the machine.
- Pour fresh coffee beans into the hopper. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid to maintain bean freshness.
4.5 First Use Cycle
Before making your first coffee, perform a rinsing cycle to prime the system and clean internal components.
- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Place a large container under the coffee spouts.
- Turn on the machine. The machine will automatically perform a rinsing cycle.
- Wait for the machine to complete the cycle and indicate it is ready for use.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Grind Settings
The integrated grinder offers 13 settings. Adjust the grind fineness according to your preference and coffee type. Finer grind for stronger espresso, coarser for lighter coffee.
- Locate the grind adjustment dial inside the bean hopper.
- Adjust the dial only when the grinder is operating to prevent damage.
5.2 Making Coffee
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the bean hopper contains coffee beans.
- Place a cup under the coffee spouts.
- On the LED touch control panel, select your desired coffee beverage (e.g., Espresso, Double Espresso, Americano, Lungo).
- The machine will automatically grind the beans, brew, and dispense the coffee.
5.3 Using the Milk Frother (for models with milk container)
For beverages like Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato, use the integrated milk frother.
- Fill the milk container with cold milk.
- Attach the milk container to the machine as per the diagram.
- Place a cup under the milk spout and coffee spouts.
- Select a milk-based beverage from the LED touch control panel (e.g., Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato).
- The machine will automatically froth the milk and dispense it, followed by the coffee.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Empty and rinse the drip tray and coffee grounds container daily.
- Wipe the coffee spouts and milk frother (if applicable) with a damp cloth after each use.
- If using the milk frother, perform the milk system cleaning cycle after each use to prevent blockages.
6.2 Weekly Cleaning
- Remove the brewing unit (infuser group) and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Allow it to air dry before reinserting.
- Clean the water tank and bean hopper.
6.3 Descaling
The machine will indicate when descaling is required. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling agent.
- Empty the water tank and fill it with the descaling solution as instructed by the descaler manufacturer.
- Place a large container under the coffee spouts.
- Initiate the descaling program via the control panel.
- After the descaling cycle, rinse the water tank and perform several rinsing cycles with fresh water to remove any descaler residue.
