Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Peakeep Large Display Digital Alarm Clock. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up and operating your new alarm clock. Designed for clarity and convenience, this clock features a large, dimmable display, automatic Daylight Saving Time adjustment, multiple alarm volume levels, and a USB charging port.

Setup
Power Connection
The clock is primarily powered by the included Type C adapter. Connect the Type C cable to the 'TYPE C 5V IN' port on the back of the clock and plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The clock will immediately power on and display the time.
Battery Backup
For backup functionality during power outages, insert 4 AAA batteries (not provided) into the battery compartment on the underside of the clock. These batteries will preserve your settings and trigger the alarm in case of a power interruption, though the display will not remain lit continuously. Pressing the top 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button will temporarily illuminate the screen for 20 seconds during battery backup mode.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace the 4 AAA backup batteries annually or when the battery backup function appears weak. Ensure correct polarity when inserting new batteries.
- Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the AAA batteries to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
- Display is blank: Ensure the Type C adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working power outlet. If using battery backup, the display will only light up for 20 seconds when the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button is pressed.
- Alarm does not sound: Verify that the alarm is activated (alarm icon visible on display) and the volume is not set to the lowest level or muted. Check battery backup if power was interrupted.
- Time is incorrect: Manually reset the time using the 'TIME SET' button. If Auto DST is enabled, ensure the current date is correctly set.
- USB charging not working: Confirm the clock is powered by the Type C adapter. The USB output port requires the main power supply to function.
