Setup

Follow these steps for initial assembly before use:

1. Twist the bottom blade to assemble it onto the blade shaft.

Operating Instructions

The KOIOS Food Processor offers two speed modes for optimal processing of various ingredients:

• Speed I (Smooth Cutting): Ideal for softer foods such as onions, guacamole, and chili. Press and hold the button for a consistent blend, or tap to pulse for coarse chopping.
• Speed II (Turbo Chopping): Suitable for harder foods like meat, carrots, and nuts. This higher speed provides more power for tougher ingredients.

To operate, simply press down on the power pod. The motor will engage and the blades will begin to rotate. Release the power pod to stop the operation. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for chopping. Each processing session should not exceed 30 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for 20 seconds between cycles to prevent overheating.

Maintenance and Cleaning
