Setup

Before first use, ensure the generator is placed on a firm, level surface outdoors, away from any enclosed spaces or combustible materials.

1. Add Engine Oil:

Your generator is shipped without engine oil. You must add the recommended oil before starting. Refer to the specifications section for oil type and capacity.

• Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
• Slowly pour the recommended oil into the oil fill opening until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick (do not overfill).
• Securely replace the oil fill cap/dipstick.

2. Add Fuel:

Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 or any other fuel containing more than 10% ethanol.

• Ensure the generator is off and cool.
• Unscrew the fuel cap.
• Carefully pour gasoline into the fuel tank, avoiding overfilling. Leave some space for fuel expansion.
• Securely replace the fuel cap.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Generator:

1. Place the generator on a level surface outdoors.
2. Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
3. Move the engine switch to the "ON" position.
4. If starting a cold engine, move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position. For a warm engine, set it to "RUN".
5. Firmly grasp the recoil starter handle and pull it slowly until you feel resistance, then pull quickly and smoothly to start the engine.
6. Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
