Setup and Assembly

- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts are present according to the packing list.
- Prepare Gas Lift: Before assembly, ensure you remove the black plastic cap from the top of the gas lift cylinder. This cap is for protection during shipping and must be removed for proper function.

- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five quality PU casters into the holes at the ends of the chair's metal base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift into Base: Place the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
- Attach Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully align the center mechanism of the seat with the top of the gas lift cylinder and press down firmly. The seat will secure onto the gas lift.
- Secure Backrest (if separate): If the backrest is a separate component, attach it to the seat base using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
Assembly typically takes less than 15 minutes.
Operating Instructions

- Adjustable Height: To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards while taking your weight off the chair to raise it, or while sitting on it to lower it. Release the lever at your desired height. The seat height is adjustable from 18.3″ to 22″.
- 360-Degree Swivel: The chair's design allows for full 360-degree rotation, providing flexibility and ease of movement in your workspace.
- Smooth Rolling Casters: The 5 quality PU casters enable effortless and quiet movement across various floor types, including wooden floors and carpets, without causing scratches.
- Comfortable Rocking Function: The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To activate or deactivate the rocking function, use the tilt tension knob located under the seat. Turn the knob to adjust the tension for a firmer or softer recline.

- Ensure the base and gas lift are correctly seated and not damaged.
- Casters Not Rolling Smoothly:

- Rocking Function Not Working:
- Adjust the tilt tension knob. Turning it counter-clockwise will loosen the tension, allowing for more rocking motion.
