Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Edifier M60 speakers:

1. Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove the speakers and all accessories from the packaging. Place the speakers on a stable, flat surface, ideally at ear level for optimal sound. The included aluminum stands are designed to angle the speakers at 15 degrees, directing sound towards your ears and reducing distortion.

2. Connecting the Speakers

1. Connect the main (right) speaker to the passive (left) speaker using the provided speaker connection cable. Ensure the cable is securely inserted into the designated ports on the back of each speaker.
2. Connect the power adapter to the main speaker's power input, then plug it into a wall outlet.

3. Connecting Audio Sources

The M60 offers multiple input options:

• USB-C Input: Connect your computer or other USB-C audio source directly to the USB-C port on the main speaker using the provided USB-C cable. This utilizes the speaker's built-in DAC for high-quality digital audio.
• AUX Input: Use the 3.5mm AUX cable to connect devices with a 3.5mm audio output (e.g., smartphones, tablets, older computers) to the AUX port on the main speaker.

Operating

Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the top of the main speaker for a few seconds to turn the speakers on or off.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the touch-sensitive controls on the top panel of the main speaker. Tap '+' to increase volume and '-' to decrease volume. The backlight will illuminate as your hand approaches.

Input Source Selection

Tap the power/input button on the top panel to cycle through the available input sources: Bluetooth, USB-C, and AUX. The indicator light will change color to reflect the selected input.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Switch the speaker to Bluetooth input mode. The indicator light will flash rapidly, indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "EDIFIER M60".
3. Select "EDIFIER M60" to connect. Once paired, the indicator light will glow steadily.
4. The M60 supports LDAC codec for high-resolution wireless audio streaming from compatible Android devices.
