Setup Guide
1. Charging the Camera
Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB power cable. Connect the cable to the camera's charging port and a standard USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port, power bank).

2. Inserting a Micro SD Card (Optional)
For local video storage, insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, purchased separately) into the designated slot on the camera. Ensure the card is inserted correctly. The camera supports loop recording, overwriting older files when the card is full.

3. App Download and Installation
Download the "V380 Pro" application from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
4. Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Power on the camera.
- Open the V380 Pro app and register an account if you haven't already.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or connecting to the camera's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot first, then configuring it to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the camera may not support 5GHz networks.
Operating Instructions
Live Viewing
Once connected, open the V380 Pro app and select your camera from the device list to view the live video feed. You can access this from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Figure 6: Demonstrates the "Phone APP Real Time Remote View" feature, where a user can monitor various scenes (children, pets, family) remotely via their smartphone application.
Night Vision
The camera is equipped with two 940nm infrared lights, providing clear night vision up to 26 feet (8 meters) in low light or total darkness. The infrared lights are non-glowing, ensuring discreet operation.

Figure 7: Illustrates the camera's night vision capability, showing a clear view of a baby in a dark room as seen through the smartphone app, enabled by the two 940nm infrared LEDs.
Motion Detection (AI Human Detection)
The camera features intelligent motion detection. You can configure specific monitoring areas and times within the app. Upon detecting motion, the camera will send an alarm notification with images to your phone, allowing you to check the real-time situation.

Figure 8: Depicts the "AI Human Detection" feature. The top panel shows a person in a room with red boxes indicating motion detection. The bottom panel shows a user receiving an alert on their phone, displaying the detected activity.
Recording
The camera supports continuous loop recording to a Micro SD card. When the card is full, new recordings will automatically overwrite the oldest files. This ensures continuous surveillance without manual intervention.
Placement and Mounting
Due to its compact size and magnetic base, the camera can be placed or mounted in various locations, indoors or outdoors (ensure protection from direct weather if outdoors).

Maintenance
Storage Management
Regularly check the storage status of your Micro SD card via the app. While loop recording prevents the card from filling up permanently, you may wish to back up important footage periodically. Cloud storage options may also be available through the V380 Pro app for enhanced data security.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and fully discharge and recharge the battery periodically if not in continuous plug-in use.
Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lens and body. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi password. Restart the camera and your router.
- No live feed: Verify internet connection on both your phone and the camera. Ensure the camera is powered on.
- Motion detection not working: Check app settings for motion detection sensitivity, area, and schedule. Ensure notifications are enabled on your phone.
- SD card not recording: Ensure the SD card is inserted correctly and formatted within the app if necessary. Check if the card is full (though loop recording should manage this).
- Poor night vision: Ensure the camera lens is clean and there are no obstructions.
