Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation of your JUBEST Concealed Sliding Barn Door. Refer to the video for visual guidance.

Preparation
Before starting, review the door preparation diagrams to understand door positioning when closed and opened, and hanger positioning relative to the passage width and height.

Step-by-Step Installation
- Step 1: Cut Top Track to Length.
Measure and cut the top track to the required length, which is the door width minus 20mm (DW-13/16").
- Step 2: Install Soft Close Mechanisms.
Loosen the screws on the soft close mechanisms. Place one soft close on each end of the top track.
- Step 3: Fasten Top Track onto Door Slot.
Securely fasten the prepared top track into the pre-grooved slot at the top of the door panel using the provided screws.

- Step 4: Tighten Soft Close Screws.
Ensure each soft close mechanism is flush with its respective end of the track. Tighten the soft close screws to secure them in place.
- Step 5: Assemble Bottom Rollers.
Remove the wheel from the bottom roller body. Fasten the bottom wheel body into the pre-cut U-channel at the bottom of the door panel. Reinsert the wheel part back into the body.
Note: This door is not recommended for use on carpeted floors.

- Step 6: Cut and Install Bottom Track.
Cut the bottom track to the required length, which is the door width minus 130mm (DW-5-1/8"). Insert the cut bottom track into the bottom slot of the door panel.
- Step 7: Mount Hanger onto the Wall.
Remove the anti-jump block from the hanger. Mark the drilling points on the wall according to the provided dimensions (DH-1 7/32" (31mm) from the top of the door opening). Drill holes (5/16" or Ø8mm, 1-9/16" or 40mm deep) and mount the hanger securely onto the wall using the appropriate screws.
- Step 8: Mount Floor Guide.
Position the floor guide on the floor, ensuring it aligns correctly with the door's path. Mark the drilling points. Drill holes (5/16" or Ø8mm, 1-9/16" or 40mm deep) and fasten the floor guide to the floor.
- Step 9: Hang Door Panel and Adjust Height.
Carefully lift the door panel. Insert the floor guide into the slot at the bottom of the door. Hang the door panel onto the hanger, ensuring the hanger is positioned in the middle of the top track. Rotate the adjustment screw on the hanger to fine-tune the door's height until it fits the rail completely and slides smoothly. Once adjusted, tighten the anti-jump block screws.
- Step 10: Adjust Door Parallelism.
If the door panel is not parallel with the wall, loosen both adjustment screws on the hanger. Hold the door parallel with the wall by hand, then tighten both screws to secure the door in the correct position.
Optional: The handle is included in the package. You can choose to install it for easier opening and closing, or omit it to maintain the hidden design of the door.

Operation
The JUBEST Concealed Sliding Barn Door is designed for smooth and quiet operation. Gently push or pull the door to slide it along the track. The integrated soft-close mechanisms will engage near the end of the door's travel, ensuring a controlled and silent stop when opening and closing.

Troubleshooting
- Door does not slide smoothly:
- Check the top and bottom tracks for any debris or obstructions and clean them.
- Ensure the bottom rollers are properly seated in the U-channel and are not obstructed.
- Verify that the door is not installed on a carpeted floor, as this will impede smooth sliding.
- Check if the door height is correctly adjusted (refer to Installation Guide Step 9).
- Door is not parallel with the wall:
- Refer to Installation Guide Step 10 to adjust the hanger screws and align the door.
- Soft close mechanism not engaging:
- Ensure the soft close mechanisms are correctly positioned and securely tightened on the top track (refer to Installation Guide Steps 2 and 4).
- Verify that the door actuator is properly engaging with the soft close fins (refer to video for visual).
