Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the iron and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for storage or future transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the soleplate with a soft, damp cloth to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. Filling the Water Tank:
   • Ensure the iron is unplugged and cool.
   • Open the water tank inlet cover.
   • Fill the water tank with tap water up to the "Max" fill line. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended in areas with very hard water to prevent mineral buildup.
   • Close the water tank inlet cover securely.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Temperature Selection

1. Once plugged in, the iron will power on. The smart screen will illuminate.
2. Use the electronic temperature and steam adjustment buttons on the smart screen to select the appropriate fabric setting. The iron offers five presets: Linen, Cotton, Wool, Silk, and Synthetic.

3. Allow the iron to heat up to the selected temperature. The indicator light will turn off when the desired temperature is reached.

Steam Ironing

• For steam ironing, ensure the water tank is filled.
• The iron automatically adjusts steam output based on the selected fabric setting.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Soleplate

• Always ensure the iron is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
• Wipe the stainless steel soleplate with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive liquid cleaner specifically designed for iron soleplates.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads or metallic cleaners, as these can damage the soleplate.

Anti-Calc Function

The iron is equipped with an Anti-Calc function to reduce mineral buildup. Refer to the smart screen for any indicators related to calc cleaning. Perform a calc-clean cycle as indicated by the iron or periodically, especially in hard water areas.
