4. Setup and Installation
This section outlines the general steps for installing your Avarro NX-TM2460 mount. Specific wall types may require different anchors or tools not included.
- Locate Mounting Position: Determine the desired height and center position for your display on the wall. Use a stud finder to locate wood studs if mounting on drywall, or ensure you have appropriate concrete/brick anchors.
- Install Wall Plate: Position the wall plate at the marked location. Mark the drilling points through the wall plate holes. Drill pilot holes as required for your wall type. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Ensure the wall plate is level using a spirit level.
- Attach Display Rails to TV: Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA pattern. Attach the two display rails to the back of your TV, ensuring they are oriented correctly (hooks facing upwards and towards the wall plate).
- Mount TV to Wall Plate: With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the display rails onto the top edge of the installed wall plate. Gently lower the TV until the rails are fully seated on the wall plate.
- Secure Locking Mechanism: Locate the locking screws at the bottom of the display rails. Tighten these screws to secure the display rails to the wall plate, preventing accidental dislodgement.
- Adjust Height and Tilt: The mount allows for post-installation height adjustment for leveling. Loosen the height adjustment screws on the display rails, adjust the TV to the desired level, and then re-tighten the screws. To tilt the display, loosen the tilt knobs on the side of the display rails, adjust to the desired angle (up to 12 degrees), and then re-tighten the knobs.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installed, the Avarro NX-TM2460 mount offers simple operation for adjusting your display's viewing angle.
- Tilting the Display: To adjust the vertical tilt angle, locate the tilt knobs on the sides of the display rails. Loosen these knobs, adjust the display to your preferred viewing angle (up to 12 degrees), and then firmly tighten the knobs to secure the position.
- Leveling the Display: If minor leveling adjustments are needed after initial installation, loosen the height adjustment screws on the display rails, carefully adjust the display's height, and then re-tighten the screws.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Weight Limit: Do not hang additional items or exceed the maximum weight capacity of 120 lbs (54.4 kg).
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Avarro NX-TM2460 mount, refer to the following common solutions:
- Display is not level: Ensure the wall plate was installed level. Use the post-installation height adjustment feature on the display rails to fine-tune the level.
- Display is not secure: Verify that the locking screws at the bottom of the display rails are fully tightened. Check that all wall plate mounting bolts are secure.
- Difficulty tilting: Ensure the tilt knobs on the display rails are sufficiently loosened before attempting to adjust the tilt. Re-tighten them firmly after adjustment.
