Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, ensure your AUVON TENS Unit is fully charged.

• Insert the Type-C charging cable into the charging port on the case.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a wall charger, power bank, or laptop.
• The display will indicate charging status. A full charge provides up to 40 hours of standby time for the case and 8 hours of usage per pod.
• A 10-minute charge of the pod can provide approximately 1 hour of relief.

2. Attaching Electrode Pads

• Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying the pads.
• Remove the protective film from the gel side of the electrode pad.
• Align the TENS pod with the magnetic snap buttons on the electrode pad and press firmly to secure.
• Apply the electrode pad with the attached pod to the desired area of your body. Ensure full contact with the skin.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to begin your TENS therapy session:

1. Power On: Simply take the wireless pods out of the charging case. The device will automatically power on. There is no need to switch on or off the charging case.
2. Select Program (Mode): Press the "P" button on the charging case to cycle through the 24 available stimulation modes. Choose the program that best suits your needs.
3. Adjust Intensity: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the current intensity level. There are 30 levels of intensity. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. If the sensation becomes uncomfortable, reduce the intensity. To quickly set the current level to zero, press and hold the "-" button.
4. Set Timer: Press the clock icon button to set the desired therapy duration. You can choose sessions ranging from 10 to 90 minutes.
5. Begin Therapy: Once the program, intensity, and timer are set, the therapy will begin. The display will show the remaining time.
6. Dual Channels: The device supports dual channels, allowing you to use both pods simultaneously on different body parts or with different settings if desired.

• Application: Always apply pads to clean, dry, and healthy skin. Avoid applying over broken skin, rashes, or irritated areas.
• Reusability: The premium American gel pads are designed to be reusable up to 30 times with proper care.
• Cleaning: If the pads lose their adhesiveness, gently wipe the gel surface with a damp cloth (water only) and let them air dry. Do not use soap, alcohol, or other cleaning agents.
• Storage: After each use, reattach the protective film to the gel side of the pads to prevent drying and contamination. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably within the charging case or a sealed bag.
• Replacement: Replace pads when they no longer adhere well to the skin or if they show signs of wear and tear. Using worn pads can reduce effectiveness and potentially cause skin irritation.

• Cleaning the Device: Wipe the TENS pods and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
