2. Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products, especially when children are present. To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:

3.1. Smart Sensing Auto Open/Close Lid

This smart toilet features microwave sensing technology to automatically open the lid when you approach and close it when you leave, providing a touch-free experience.

3.2. Optimal Flushing Performance

The ST-PRO features an auto dual-flush design with 1.6 GPF/6 L full-flush and 1.1 GPF/4.1 L half-flush, achieving an optimal MaP performance score of 1000 grams for thorough cleaning.

3.3. No Water Pressure Limit with Pump-Assisted Flushing

Equipped with a built-in tank and boost pump, this toilet ensures stable flushing performance, making it suitable for homes with low water pressure. It also features double cleaning with siphon jet flushing for efficient waste removal.

3.4. Movement Drying

3.6. Seasonal Temperature Sensing

Intelligent temperature sensing adjusts the seat and water temperature based on the external environment, offering 6-speed automatic temperature adjustment for enhanced comfort. Note: This function is off by default and must be activated according to the manual for first-time use.

3.7. UV Purified Water Cleaning

The cleaning water supply line includes a UV irradiated piping section for effective physical purification of water, ensuring a more hygienic cleaning function. Available cleaning modes include front wash, rear wash, moving wash, and pulsating cleaning.

4. Setup and Installation

The Hawkrown ST-PRO Smart Toilet is designed for floor-mounted installation. It comes with shims to assist with leveling on uneven surfaces. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper water and electrical connections.

4.1. Pre-Installation Checklist

  • Ensure adequate water supply pressure and electrical outlet (120V AC) are available near the installation site.
  • Verify floor is level. Use included shims if necessary.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Automatic Lid Operation

  • Auto Open: The lid will automatically open when a user approaches the toilet.
  • Auto Close: The lid will automatically close after the user leaves the toilet area.

5.2. Flushing Options

  • Auto Flush: The toilet automatically flushes after use.
  • Foot Sensor Operation: A foot sensor allows for hands-free flushing.
  • Remote Control Flush: Use the remote control for full or half flush options.

5.3. Bidet Functions

Utilize the remote control to activate and adjust bidet settings:

  • Front Wash: For feminine hygiene.
  • Rear Wash: For posterior cleansing.
  • Moving Wash: The nozzle moves back and forth for a wider cleaning area.
  • Pulsating Cleaning: Provides a massaging effect.
  • Water Temperature: Adjust the water temperature to your preference.
  • Water Pressure: Adjust the intensity of the water spray.

5.4. Heated Seat and Dryer

  • Heated Seat: The seat maintains a comfortable temperature, adjustable via remote control.
  • Warm Air Dryer: After cleansing, activate the warm air dryer for a comfortable and hygienic finish. The nozzle moves for optimal drying.

6. Maintenance

  • Bidet Not Functioning: Verify water supply is connected and the nozzle is not obstructed. Check remote control battery.
  • Temperature Issues: Ensure heated seat/water temperature settings are correctly adjusted on the remote. Remember seasonal temperature sensing is off by default.
