4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Writing on the Board

1. Shake a fluorescent marker well before use.
2. Press the marker tip gently on a separate surface until the ink flows.
3. Write or draw directly onto the tempered glass surface of the board.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The infrared remote control allows you to adjust the lighting effects of your LED message board.

• Power On/Off: Press the 'ON' or 'OFF' button to turn the LED lights on or off.
• Color Selection: Choose from 16 different LED neon light colors by pressing the corresponding color buttons on the remote.
• Flash Modes: Select from 4 different flash modes (e.g., Flash, Strobe, Fade, Smooth) to create dynamic visual effects.
• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the light intensity using the brightness up/down buttons, offering 5 levels of brightness.

6.1 Cleaning the Board

The tempered glass surface is designed for easy cleaning.

1. Ensure the board is powered off before cleaning.
2. Use the provided eraser cloth to wipe away messages. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
3. Wipe the surface dry immediately after cleaning to prevent streaks.
4. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or sharp objects, as these can damage the glass surface.

6.2 Storage

When not in use, store the board in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

• Lights not turning on: Check if the power adapter is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet. If using a battery box, ensure batteries are correctly inserted and charged.
• Remote control not working: Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the board's receiver. Check and replace the remote control battery if necessary.
• Markers not writing clearly: Shake the marker well and prime the tip by pressing it down on a scrap surface until ink flows. Ensure the marker caps are securely replaced after use to prevent drying.
• Difficulty erasing: Use the provided eraser cloth. For dried or stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth or a specialized fluorescent marker cleaner may be used, followed by immediate drying.
