1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the FUNMILY Treadmill with Desk Workstation. This product is designed to provide a versatile and efficient way to integrate physical activity into your daily routine, especially for home office environments. It features an adjustable-height desk, multiple incline levels, a powerful yet quiet motor, and smart connectivity options. 2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, and serious injury, read the following important precautions and information before operating the treadmill.

• Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing before beginning a workout.
• Keep children and pets away from the treadmill at all times.
• The treadmill is designed to support a maximum user weight of 300 pounds.
• Ensure the treadmill is placed on a level surface with adequate clearance around it.
• Do not operate the treadmill if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
• Always unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet when not in use, before cleaning, and before performing maintenance.
• Wear appropriate exercise clothing and footwear. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the treadmill.

4. Setup and Assembly

The FUNMILY Treadmill arrives 95% assembled. You only need to tighten a few screws to complete the installation.

4.1 Adjusting Desk Height

The treadmill desk features an adjustable height function, ranging from 33.5 inches to 49.9 inches, accommodating various user heights, including adults and children. To adjust the height, loosen the locking mechanisms on the vertical supports, raise or lower the desk to your desired height, and then securely tighten the locking mechanisms.

4.2 Folding and Storage

The treadmill features a foldable design with a hydraulic lever soft-drop system for easy folding and storage. Transport wheels are included for convenient movement. To fold, lift the running deck until it locks into an upright position. To unfold, gently release the hydraulic lever and allow the deck to lower slowly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power and Display

Connect the power cable to a suitable electrical outlet. The multi-function LCD display will illuminate, tracking your performance including time, speed, distance, and calories burned. The console also features a 26.2" x 13" desktop for placing your laptop, tablet, or books.

5.2 Speed and Incline

The treadmill offers a scientific speed range of 0.6-7.5 MPH. You can adjust the speed using the controls on the console or the handles. It also features 3 adjustable incline angles (0-4%) that can be manually switched by adjusting the base, allowing for varied workout intensity.

5.3 Bluetooth Music & Fitshow APP

Play your favorite music via Bluetooth through the built-in speakers. Connect to the Fitshow APP to record and view your daily training data, track progress, and share on social media. The app also offers 38 smart pre-programmed workouts for personalized training.

5.4 Kids Mode

The innovative Kids Mode ensures safety by limiting operation to only the start and stop buttons, with a maximum running speed of 5 MPH. This prevents accidental changes to settings while a child is using the treadmill.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Running Belt Lubrication

Regular lubrication of the running belt is crucial for the treadmill's longevity and smooth operation. A bottle of silicone lubricant is included. Please refer to the specific instructions in the included manual for the correct application frequency and method.

6.2 Cleaning

Wipe down the treadmill after each use with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Regularly vacuum underneath the treadmill to prevent dust buildup from affecting performance.
