Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge the headphones. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headphone's charging port and a power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, PC, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "XROUND VOCA MAX" from the list of devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

4. Wired Connection

If the battery is depleted or for wired audio, connect the included 3.5mm AUX cable to the headphone's audio jack and your device's audio output. Note that some advanced features like ANC and app customizations may be limited or unavailable in wired mode.

Adaptive Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headphones. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ear Pads: The ear pads are made with cooling spandex material and memory foam. Gently wipe them clean. Avoid excessive moisture.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in the provided storage case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Charge regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• No Sound:
  • Check if the headphones are properly paired via Bluetooth or connected via AUX cable.
  • Adjust the volume on both the headphones and your connected device.
  • Ensure the audio source is playing.
• Poor Sound Quality:
  • If using Bluetooth, ensure you are within range of your device.
  • Disable LDAC in the MyTune app if you are experiencing issues with other features like multipoint or surround sound, as LDAC can sometimes limit these.
  • Use the TailorID 2.0 feature in the MyTune app to optimize sound for your ears.
• Noise Cancellation Ineffective:
  • Ensure the ear pads form a good seal around your ears.
  • Check ANC settings in the MyTune app.
• Cannot Connect to Two Devices (Multipoint):
  • Ensure multipoint is enabled in the MyTune app.
  • LDAC codec may disable multipoint. Switch to AAC or SBC if multipoint is desired.
• Wired Connection Issues: When using the 3.5mm AUX cable, ANC and app-based sound adjustments are typically disabled. This is normal operation.
