Setup
1. Charging the Device:
The R1 recorder comes with a built-in 1100mAh lithium battery. To charge, connect the provided Type-C to Type-A charging cable to the device's USB-C port and a power source (e.g., laptop USB slot, smartphone charger). The device supports fast charging, but the included charger does not provide fast charging.

2. Inserting an SD Card (Optional):
The R1 supports expandable external storage up to 1TB via an SD card. Insert a compatible microSD card into the SD card slot on the side of the device. This is the primary storage medium for recordings.

3. Setting Up Password Protection:
To safeguard your personal privacy or intellectual property, the R1 offers robust 6-digit password protection. Navigate to the security settings on the device to set up your password.

Operating Instructions
1. Recording Modes:
The R1 offers multiple recording modes, each optimized for different scenarios to achieve the best recording quality.
- General Mode: Standard recording for everyday use.
- Interview Mode: Optimized for capturing clear dialogue between multiple speakers.
- Meeting Mode: Ideal for recording discussions in a meeting environment.
- Lecture Mode: Designed to capture audio from a speaker at a distance, such as in a classroom or lecture hall.
- Pocket Mode: For discreet recording while the device is in a pocket or bag.

2. Automatic Recording:
The R1 provides two types of automated recording to simplify your tasks:
- Scheduled Recording: Set a specific time for the device to start and stop recording.
- Automatic Recording: Voice-activated recording that starts when sound is detected and pauses during silence.
3. Offline Speech-to-Text (STT) Transcription:
The R1 features a built-in offline intelligent speech-to-text function, allowing you to obtain instant transcription while recording. You can also export the STT document to maximize work efficiency.

4. Optional Automatic Backup:
To prevent loss of files due to storage media failure, you can choose to back up recordings when saving them. It is recommended to enable this feature for important recordings.

5. Bluetooth Connectivity:
The Innioasis R1 supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to connect to compatible Bluetooth headphones or speakers for playback. Access Bluetooth settings through the device's menu.

Maintenance
- Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Keep the microphone grilles free from dust and debris to ensure clear audio recording.

Troubleshooting
