1.2 Safety Instructions

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Place the vibration plate on a firm, level surface. Do not use it on uneven ground or thick carpets.

3.1 Main Components

1. Control Panel: LCD display for time, speed, and program selection.
2. Vibration Platform: Textured, anti-slip surface with magnetic massage points.

3.2 Control Panel and Remote Control

The vibration plate can be operated using the integrated control panel or the included remote control.

4. Setup

1. Placement: Place the vibration plate on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space around the device.
2. Power Connection: Insert the EU power cable into the power inlet on the side of the vibration plate, then plug the other end into a suitable wall outlet.
3. Power On: Flip the main power switch (usually red) on the side of the unit to the "ON" position. The LCD display will light up.
4. Remote Control: Ensure the remote control has batteries installed (if not already). Point the remote control towards the display panel for operation.
5. Resistance Bands (Optional): If desired, attach the resistance bands to the hooks located on each side of the vibration plate.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Starting a Workout

1. Ensure the device is powered on.
2. Step onto the platform with both feet, maintaining balance. You can hold onto a stable object nearby if needed.
3. Press the START/STOP button on the control panel or remote control to begin vibration.

5.2 Manual Mode

In Manual mode, you can set your desired speed and time.

1. If an automatic program is running, press the MODE button until "P" (Program) is not displayed, or until you are in a manual setting.
2. Use the SPEED +/- buttons to adjust the vibration intensity from level 1 to 99.
3. Use the TIME +/- buttons to set your desired workout duration (e.g., 10-15 minutes).
4. Press START/STOP to begin. The device will count down the time and stop automatically.

5.3 Automatic Programs (P1-P5)

The vibration plate comes with 5 pre-set automatic programs designed for different fitness goals.

1. Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through programs P1, P2, P3, P4, P5.
2. Each program has a pre-defined sequence of speed changes and duration.
3. Once you select a program, press START/STOP to begin. The program will run its course and stop automatically.

5.4 Bluetooth Speaker Function

You can connect your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device to the vibration plate to play music during your workout.

1. Ensure the vibration plate is powered on.
2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Dripex Vibration Plate" (or similar name) from the list to pair.
4. Once connected, you can play music from your device, and it will play through the vibration plate's speakers. Use the music control buttons on the remote control (if available) or your mobile device to manage playback.

6. Exercise Guide

Here are some suggested exercises to perform on your Dripex Vibration Plate. Always maintain proper form and listen to your body.

• Squats: Stand on the platform with feet shoulder-width apart, lower your hips as if sitting in a chair.
• Plank: Place forearms on the platform, extend legs back, keeping your body in a straight line.
• Calf Raises: Stand on the platform with balls of your feet, raise and lower your heels.
• Lunges: Place one foot on the platform, step back with the other, and lower your hips.
• Resistance Band Exercises: Attach bands and perform bicep curls, tricep extensions, or shoulder presses while standing on the platform.
• Stretches: Use the platform for gentle stretches to enhance flexibility.

Start with lower speeds and shorter durations, gradually increasing as your body adapts. Aim for 10-15 minute sessions daily.

7.1 Cleaning

• Always unplug the device from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the vibration plate with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid getting water or liquids into the control panel or any openings.
• Dry the device thoroughly after cleaning.

7.2 Storage

• Store the vibration plate in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the device.
• If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to cover the unit to protect it from dust.
