4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the headphone.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
  3. The LED indicator will show red during charging and turn white when fully charged.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones to a Bluetooth-enabled device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "DOQAUS C1-PRO" from the list.
  5. Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.

4.3 Wired Connection

For a wired connection or when the battery is low:

  1. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's audio jack.
  2. Connect the other end to your audio device's 3.5mm audio output.
  3. In wired mode, the headphone's battery is not used, and control buttons may be disabled.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off.

5.2 Music Playback & Volume Control

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Press the Multi-function button twice quickly.
  • Previous Track: Press the Multi-function button three times quickly.
  • Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
  • Volume Down: Press the '-' button.

5.3 Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Redial Last Number: Press the Multi-function button twice quickly.

5.4 EQ Modes

The headphones feature 3 equalizer modes to customize your audio experience:

  1. Balanced Sound: Equal treble, middle, and bass.
  2. Bass Boost: Enhanced bass for a deeper sound.
  3. High Definition Sound: Optimized for clear vocals.

To switch between modes, press the 'EQ' button. The headphone will remember your last selected EQ mode.

5.5 Voice Assistant

To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant), press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds.

5.6 Multi-Device Connection

The DOQAUS C1-PRO headphones support simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices. This allows you to seamlessly switch between audio sources, such as listening to music on your laptop and answering a call on your smartphone.

6. Maintenance

  • Clean the headphones regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

7. Troubleshooting

Sound quality is poor.Try switching between the 3 EQ modes. Ensure the headphones are within Bluetooth range and there are no obstructions. For wired mode, check the cable connection.
Headphones are unresponsive.Reset: The reset button is located in the AUX jack. When the Bluetooth of the headset fails to work normally under certain circumstances, the system needs to be restarted for activation. You can use a small needle to reach into the AUX jack and press the reset button. (If the battery is exhausted, charge it first).
