7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound output. | Cables not connected properly, volume too low, device not powered on, output device issues. | Check all cable connections (input, output, headphones). Ensure the device is powered on and the Master volume is up. Verify your amplifier/headphones are working. |
| Device not charging. | Faulty USB cable, power adapter issue, USB port issue. | Try a different USB cable or power adapter. Use a different USB port on your computer. Ensure the charging indicator lights up. |
| Bluetooth not connecting. | Bluetooth not enabled on device, pairing mode not active, mobile device issues. | Press and hold the HOME button to ensure Bluetooth is enabled and flashing. Restart Bluetooth on your mobile device. Ensure no other devices are connected. |
| Delay when switching effects/presets. | This can be a characteristic of some multi-effects processors due to processing time. | While some delay is inherent, ensure firmware is updated. For live use, plan preset changes carefully or use individual stompbox mode if available. |
| First few notes don't sound right after changing program. | Software glitch or processing lag. | Perform a power reset (turn off and on). Ensure firmware is up to date. If the issue persists, contact support. |
