5. Operation
5.1. Height Adjustment
The height of the TV stand can be adjusted to suit various viewing preferences and environments. Locate the height adjustment mechanism on the main column (typically a knob or lever). Loosen it, adjust the TV to the desired height between 95cm and 165cm, and then securely tighten the mechanism to lock the height in place.
5.2. Angle Adjustment
The TV mounting rack allows for a vertical tilt of up to 15 degrees (both upwards and downwards). To adjust the angle, gently tilt the TV to your preferred viewing angle. The mechanism is designed to hold the angle once set. Ensure the TV is stable after adjustment.
5.3. Mobility and Locking Casters
To move the TV stand, ensure the caster locks on the front wheels are disengaged. Gently push or pull the stand to its new location. Once positioned, engage the foot-operated stoppers on the front casters to securely lock the stand in place and prevent unintended movement.

6. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Retighten if necessary.
- Caster Maintenance: Keep the casters free from dust and debris to ensure smooth movement. If they become stiff, clean them and apply a small amount of silicone lubricant if needed.
- Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacities for the rack (30kg) and shelf (5kg) to prevent damage or instability.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Stand is unstable or wobbly.
- Ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened.
- Verify that the TV is properly centered and securely mounted on the VESA brackets.
- Check that the casters are locked when the stand is stationary.
- Ensure the stand is placed on a flat, level surface.
7.2. Casters are difficult to move or lock.
- Check for any debris (e.g., hair, lint) caught in the caster wheels and remove it.
- Ensure the locking mechanism is fully disengaged when attempting to move the stand.
- If the casters are stiff, clean them and apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
7.3. TV appears too high or too low.
- Adjust the height of the main column as described in Section 5.1.
- Note that if your TV is less than 45cm in height, the stand's pole may protrude from behind the TV. This is a design characteristic and not a defect.
