4. Setup

- Clean: Before first use, wash all removable parts (cones, pulp filter, juice collector, dust cover) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor unit base with a damp cloth.
- Assemble:
- Place the juice collector onto the motor unit base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Insert the pulp filter into the juice collector.
- Select the appropriate juicing cone (large for oranges/grapefruits, small for lemons/limes) and place it onto the drive shaft in the center of the pulp filter.
- Ensure the anti-drip spout is in the down position to allow juice to flow into your glass or container.
- Position: Place the assembled juicer on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the power cord is within reach of an electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Fruit: Wash citrus fruits thoroughly. Cut them in half across the middle.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a 110-volt electrical outlet.
- Place Glass: Position a glass or container under the anti-drip spout. Ensure the spout is in the down position.
- Start Juicing: Place a fruit half onto the rotating juicing cone. Gently press down on the fruit with the pressure lever. The motor will automatically start when pressure is applied and stop when pressure is released.
- Extract Juice: Continue pressing and rotating the fruit until all juice is extracted. The pulp filter will separate seeds and large pulp.
- Repeat: Repeat the process with remaining fruit halves.
- Anti-Drip Function: To stop the flow of juice between glasses or when finished, simply flip the anti-drip spout upwards.
- Finish: Once juicing is complete, unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
