Important Safety Instructions

• Do not immerse the kettle, teapot, power base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

• Do not fill above the "MAX" level indicator to prevent boiling water from overflowing.
• Do not operate the kettle without water.
• Use only the power base provided with the kettle.
• The teapot is designed for brewing tea and should not be placed directly on a heat source or used to boil water.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle, teapot, and power base.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the "MAX" level. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues. Rinse the teapot with warm water.
3. Placement: Place the 360° swivel base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the countertop.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is fully extended and plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using the Electric Kettle:

1. Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the "MIN" mark or above the "MAX" mark.
2. Place on Base: Close the lid securely. Place the kettle onto the 360° swivel base.
3. Boil Water: Press the On/Off switch to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate, indicating the kettle is heating.
4. Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically switch off once the water has boiled, and the indicator light will turn off.
5. Pouring: Carefully lift the kettle from its base and pour the hot water. Exercise caution as the kettle body will be hot and steam may escape.
6. Re-boiling: If the kettle has just boiled, allow a few moments for the internal thermostat to reset before re-boiling.

Using the Teapot:

1. Prepare Tea: Place your desired tea leaves or tea bags into the teapot.
2. Add Hot Water: Carefully pour hot water from the electric kettle into the teapot.
3. Steep: Allow the tea to steep for the recommended time.
4. Serve: Pour and enjoy your freshly brewed tea.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning will prolong the life of your appliance and ensure optimal performance.

• Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and teapot with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Interior Cleaning (Kettle): For general cleaning, rinse the interior with clean water.
• Descaling (Kettle): Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas.
  • Fill the kettle with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water.
  • Boil the mixture and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy scale.
  • Discard the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water several times.
  • Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Teapot Cleaning: Wash the teapot with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. It is generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
• Storage: When not in use, store the appliance in a dry place.
