Setup

Re-attach and tighten the outer flange nut firmly with the wrench while holding the spindle lock button. Warning: Always ensure the disc is compatible with the tool's specifications and is not damaged.
Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all safety precautions are observed and the work area is clear.
- Starting the Tool: Hold the angle grinder firmly with both hands. Press the ON/OFF switch to start the tool. Allow the disc to reach full speed before making contact with the workpiece.
- Cutting: For cutting, hold the tool at a slight angle (15-30 degrees) to the workpiece. Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the tool; let the disc do the work. Move the tool smoothly along the cutting line.
- Grinding: For grinding, hold the tool at a shallow angle (5-10 degrees) to the workpiece. Move the tool back and forth across the surface to achieve an even finish. Avoid concentrating pressure in one spot.
- Stopping the Tool: Release the ON/OFF switch. Wait for the disc to come to a complete stop before setting the tool down.
Important: Never operate the tool without the protective guard. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
