Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the controller.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert the two included AA Amazon Basics batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Pairing and Connectivity

The Luna Controller offers multiple connectivity options:

Cloud Direct (Wi-Fi) Setup

For optimal low-latency gameplay on Luna, connect your controller directly to Amazon's custom game servers via Wi-Fi.

  1. Download the Luna Controller app from the Amazon Appstore for Android, Google Play Store, or iOS App Store.
  2. Open the Luna Controller app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your controller to your Wi-Fi network (supports dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 and 5 GHz) networks).
  3. Link your controller to your Amazon account through the app.
  4. Once connected, the controller will automatically link to your Luna gaming session when powered on.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Use Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 to connect your Luna Controller as a standard game controller to compatible devices.

  1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled.
  2. On the Luna Controller, press and hold the Luna button (center button with the Luna logo) for 3 seconds until the LED indicator blinks blue.
  3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Luna Controller" to pair.
  4. Supported devices include Windows PC (requires a Windows driver, available for download from Amazon), Mac, Fire Tablets, Chromebooks, Fire TV, Android devices, and select Samsung Smart TVs.

USB-C Wired Connectivity

For wired gameplay, connect your controller directly to your Windows PC or Mac using a USB-C cable (sold separately).

  1. Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the controller's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end to an available USB port on your Windows PC or Mac.
  3. The controller will be recognized as a wired game controller.

Controller Layout and Inputs

The Luna Controller features a standard layout for comfortable and precise gaming.

  • 12 Buttons: Home, Action, Menu, Microphone, X, Y, A, B, LT (Left Trigger), LB (Left Bumper), RT (Right Trigger), RB (Right Bumper).

Maintenance

Cleaning
