- Volume Wheel: Adjusts the audio output level.

Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 100 hours of battery life.

2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (for PS5, PS4, PC, Switch)
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, PC, or Nintendo Switch.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power On/Off button.
- The headset will automatically connect to the dongle. An indicator light on the headset will confirm the connection.
- Adjust the volume using the volume wheel on the headset and your device's settings.
Note: No audio driver or firmware update is required for 2.4GHz connection on PS4/PS5 and PC.
3. Bluetooth 5.3 Connection (for PC, Mac, Mobile Phones, Tablets)
- Power on the headset.
- Double-press the Power On/Off button to switch to Bluetooth mode. The indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (PC, Mac, mobile, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and select "acer K2" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light on the headset will become solid.
4. Wired Connection (for devices with 3.5mm audio jack)
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm audio port on the headset.
- Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio output jack of your device.
- The headset will operate in passive wired mode. The power button and Bluetooth functions are not active in wired mode.
Important Note: This headset is not compatible with Xbox consoles.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Volume Adjustment
Rotate the Volume Wheel located on the headset to increase or decrease the audio volume. You may also need to adjust the volume settings on your connected device.
Microphone Usage
- The microphone features a 270° adjustable boom. Position it optimally for clear communication.
- Press the Mic Mute Button once to mute the microphone. Press it again to unmute.
- The noise-canceling microphone is designed to reduce background noise for clearer voice transmission.
Switching Connection Modes
When the headset is powered on, double-press the Power On/Off button to cycle between 2.4GHz wireless mode and Bluetooth mode.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound/Low Volume:

- Check the volume wheel on the headset and the volume settings on your connected device.
- For PlayStation consoles (PS4/PS5), some users have reported lower volume output. Ensure console audio settings are maximized. A firmware update from acer may address this in the future.
- Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the microphone is not muted (check the Mic Mute Button).
- Verify microphone input settings on your connected device (PC, console, mobile).
- Ensure the microphone boom is properly positioned.
- Connection Drops/Unstable:

- Headset Not Charging:
