3.2 Remote Controller Preparation

  1. Install the required batteries (not specified in JSON, assume standard AA/AAA) into the remote controller.
  2. Ensure the remote controller is powered off before proceeding.

3.3 Initial Helicopter Inspection

  • Inspect the carbon fiber frame fuselage structure for any damage.
  • Verify that the main propeller clamps (7075 aluminum alloy) and BL aileron system blades (nylon + carbon fiber composite) are securely attached.
  • The helicopter features a non-removable canopy with a quick-release battery design for ease of access.

3.4 Pairing the Remote Controller and Helicopter

  1. Turn on the remote controller.
  2. Connect the fully charged battery to the helicopter.

4. Operating Instructions

The Goosky Legend S1 is equipped with a GTS control system and dual brushless direct-drive motors, designed for stable and precise flight, including advanced 3D aerobatics.

4.1 Basic Flight Controls

  • Throttle: Controls the main rotor speed and altitude.
  • Elevator (Pitch): Controls forward and backward movement.
  • Aileron (Roll): Controls left and right sideways movement.
  • Rudder (Yaw): Controls the tail rotor, allowing the helicopter to rotate left or right on its vertical axis.

Familiarize yourself with these controls in a safe, open environment before attempting advanced maneuvers.

4.2 Advanced 3D Aerobatics

The GTS control system supports all-round 3D violent aerobatics. This intelligent flight control system ensures stable, fast, and accurate flight, making it suitable for experienced pilots. Practice these maneuvers at a safe altitude and distance.

4.3 Mobile App Parameter Adjustment

Utilize the mobile application (via the Bluetooth module) to fine-tune flight parameters and customize your flying experience. Refer to the app's instructions for detailed guidance on adjustments.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Post-Flight Inspection

  • Visually inspect the helicopter for any signs of damage, loose screws, or worn parts after each flight.
  • Check the main rotor blades and tail rotor for cracks or chips. Replace damaged blades immediately.
  • Ensure all linkages and servos are moving freely and without obstruction.

5.2 Battery Care and Storage

  • Always allow batteries to cool down before recharging.
  • Store LiPo batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and flammable materials.
  • Do not store fully charged or fully discharged batteries for extended periods. Store them at a "storage charge" level (typically around 3.8V per cell).
  • Dispose of damaged or swollen batteries according to local regulations.

5.3 Cleaning

Gently clean the helicopter with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals, as these can damage plastic and electronic components.
