4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided USB cable.
3. The LED digital display on the charging case will show the battery level. Allow the case and earbuds to fully charge before first use.

4.2 Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
4. Search for available devices. Select "King Lucky i31 Pro Max" from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or LED indicator change).

4.3 Multi-Point Connection

To connect to two devices simultaneously:

1. Pair the earbuds with your first device as described above.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device.
3. Pair the earbuds with your second device.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The earbuds should automatically connect to both devices.
5. You can now seamlessly switch audio playback between the two connected devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case lid, or take the earbuds out of the case. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.

5.2 Touch Controls

The touch control area is located on the side of each earbud, near the microphone.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and dry to maintain proper charging.

6.2 Storage

• When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-initiate pairing mode.
• Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
• Forget/delete "King Lucky i31 Pro Max" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering or already connected to the earbuds.

7.2 No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
• Try playing audio from a different application or source.

7.3 Charging Issues

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstruction.
• Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
