1. Handlebar Installation
Carefully remove the handlebar from the packaging. Loosen the bolts on the stem clamp using the appropriate Allen key from your tool kit. Position the handlebar into the stem, ensuring it is centered and the brake levers and shifters are in a comfortable and accessible position. Tighten the bolts evenly to secure the handlebar. (Refer to video: 0:01 - 0:36)
2. Front Wheel Installation
Remove the protective cap from the front fork. Carefully lift the front of the bike and align the front wheel's axle with the fork dropouts. Ensure the disc brake rotor slides correctly into the brake caliper. Install the axle nuts and tighten them securely using the provided wrench. (Refer to video: 0:37 - 1:09)
3. Headlight Installation
Locate the headlight and its mounting bracket. Attach the headlight to the designated mounting point on the front fork or handlebar using the provided screws and Allen key. Connect the headlight cable to the corresponding port on the bike's wiring harness. (Refer to video: 1:10 - 1:28)
4. Pedal Installation
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal has a reverse thread. Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads. Screw the left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
5. Seat Post Installation
Insert the seat post into the seat tube of the bike frame. Adjust the seat height to a comfortable riding position, ensuring your feet can touch the ground when stopped. Secure the seat post by closing the quick-release lever or tightening the seat post clamp bolt.
6. Fender Installation
Attach the front and rear fenders to their respective mounting points on the fork and frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened and do not interfere with wheel rotation.
